Cookie policy

Visiting kripaweb.com sets no cookies. We ask once whether we may count page views and measure how quickly pages load. If you say no, nothing is loaded and nothing is measured. If you say yes, it happens without a single cookie. Either way, the only thing kept on your device is the answer you gave, and you can change it from the small button in the corner of any page.

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next visit. Some are genuinely necessary, for instance to keep you signed in. Most exist to recognise you later, count you, or follow you to other sites.

Under the Croatian rules implementing the European ePrivacy Directive, anything beyond the strictly necessary needs your consent before it is stored, not after.

• No cookies of any category, necessary or otherwise.
• One stored item, and only one. Your answer to the measurement question is saved in your browser so that we do not have to ask again on every page. It holds the choice and the date you made it, nothing else, and it never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it and we will simply ask again.
• Cookieless measurement, and only if you allow it. We count page views and measure loading speed. Neither uses a cookie, neither writes anything to your device, and neither recognises you across sites. Nothing is even loaded until you agree, and turning it off in cookie settings stops it again. There is no session recording and no heatmap. What is collected is listed in our privacy policy.
• No advertising or social media pixels, and no embedded players or maps that would quietly set their own cookies.
• No third-party fonts. Our typeface is served from this site, so no font provider learns that you visited.

Our hosting provider does keep ordinary server logs, which include your IP address. That is a server record rather than something stored on your device, so it is not a cookie, but we would rather you knew about it. It is described in our privacy policy.

If we ever add something that does need a cookie, an embedded video or a third-party tool, it goes behind the same control on the cookie settings page, this page changes before it ships, and you are asked before anything is stored rather than after. We are not going to quietly widen what an existing answer covers.
